The OOBE command functions correctly now, but I performed updates online while connected to the internet. This time the local account option isn't showing up. Please Microsoft, I just need to use my computer Sad

Obtain the .wim packaged and convert it into an .iso customized ISO with an installer. This allows tools like Rufus to extract the file and use it as-is. Alternatively, consider using 11 LTSc.

This will force me to reinstall Windows. If that happens, I can still run the bypassnro command before connecting to the internet like a beginner. My system is already installed, and I’d like to proceed now. Perhaps setting up a local account in audit mode and skipping the OOBE entirely?

Unfortunately, I steer clear of Win 11 like it's a bad thing.

With an offline account you can always call it. This works too when you enable the offline admin user.

Attempting to add a user in Settings > Accounts > Other users triggers lusrmgr.msc. I need to follow the standard Microsoft account process but avoid using an actual Microsoft account.

That item has been heavily damaged and is nearly unusable. The only way to bypass it is to register a domain and then avoid using it. That’s not always feasible. Using local users and groups to set up an account is the simpler method. Or, if you prefer, I can create it via Cmd or PowerShell quickly. It could even be installed on a USB drive—double-click and it’s ready!

I needed to reinstall Rufus on Windows 11 just to get a local account for uninstalling OneDrive. By default, the system places everything in OneDrive, even in my User folder where Documents, Music, and Pictures are just links to OneDrive. If I removed OneDrive, those links wouldn’t disappear instantly. So I saved my files, chose the documents, but it couldn’t find the folder because it was a OneDrive link. That’s frustrating. So I switched to a local account, uninstalled OneDrive, and then linked my Microsoft account. Extremely annoying.
