PBO is overclocking, and it relates to ECO mode.
Current settings for PPT/TDC/EDC have been listed.

Yes, the settings are pushed to their maximum, with no restrictions. The default values are PPT=142W, TDC=110A, EDC=170A. The ECO mode would be lower, probably around 20-30% less than these numbers.

My configurations are lower than expected, causing me to experience reduced temperatures. To achieve better performance from the 7700x, should I increase the settings or keep them at default and adjust the core clock and voltage per core?
