Hi, I see you're looking for a straightforward solution, but your setup is quite specific. It seems you've customized your PC with new components and installed Windows 1909. You mentioned trying to revert to Windows 1903 but faced issues with updates and recovery options. It looks like you might not have a direct copy of Windows 1903 available online. Have you considered reaching out to Microsoft support or checking their official forums for guidance on restoring older versions?

No, it won't delete your data from your computer.

You’re updating to the latest Win10 release (build 1909) without moving from an older version. You’ll have to get Win 10 build 1903 and install a new copy. The installer doesn’t let you revert, so make sure you save what you need before starting the reinstall.
