you're looking to upgrade your setup while keeping some components. First, you can definitely extract what you need from your current PC—just remove the essentials like the bare minimum (excluding the system SSD and 1060 GPU) and move the rest to your new build. Your Z370 Pro with i5 9600k should handle streaming if you optimize settings. Regarding the streaming performance, the 4790i7 should work well with proper configuration, but keep in mind that older CPUs may struggle with modern streaming codecs. As for the tablets, with a decent internet speed like yours, throttling shouldn't be an issue unless you're using bandwidth-heavy apps. Just ensure your network is stable and consider upgrading your Wi-Fi if needed.

You can move the storage and graphics card from the 4790 pc. RAM transfer isn’t possible because it uses DDR3 2. On the 4790k pc, you don’t need the 1060 since it includes built-in graphics. 720p streaming should be fine on your 4790k or internet connection.

Let me know precisely what you need to stream—video from a webcam or the output of your gaming PC. The network aspect depends on several factors, but generally you won’t face constant overload because not every device uses full bandwidth simultaneously.
