Hello, I'm attempting to repair or set up my computer, but nothing shows up on the monitor when I turn it on. I've tried resetting the BIOS and checking basic components, but I really hope it works. I have an MSI Z690 motherboard with updated BIOS that supports a 14th Gen Intel CPU, an i7-14700K, 1080 Ti RAM with 4x 32GB Trident Z5 Neo RGB at 6000MHz, and a Thermaltake 1200W power supply.

Start with the basics: eliminate the GPU and use the built-in graphics.

I've finished that, but the screen remains black. It woke the monitor from standby, yet nothing shows up.

Screen remains inactive entirely, only briefly activating to restore brightness, followed by a ten-second period of reduced output

Refer to your manual; there should be a few pins on your board to short for clearing the CMOS/bios.
Please specify the model, and consider using a single stick of RAM initially.
