The motherboard needs to be inactive... I own an ASRock 4Core1600-GLAN, but it sounds like it’s beeping even though no RAM is connected... (they look almost alike).

It might be a faulty power supply unit, but avoid modifying it since OEM designs vary in pin arrangements and changing them could damage the device if it wasn’t already broken.
