Connected to the outlet, linked to the computer, pressed the power button first; the initial screen shows this is your correct country. Pressed the confirm button repeatedly, but nothing occurred. It's really frustrating (and what kind of people put the power button between the two I mostly use for work print screen and delete). Any advice?

when examining the laptop, you'll see a label with the model and SKU for your HP device. Please forward this information.

I resolved it by turning it off and on repeatedly until it displayed a screen allowing me to use a mouse.
