Attempting to boost the performance of my Ryzen 1600x processor
Seanie280672 shared details with Jonathan_174 about the hardware setup and performance issues. Jonathan_174 clarified the system is dual memory, experienced stability problems, and mentioned specific speed settings and troubleshooting steps. Seanie also provided a link for downloading the burner and asked for information on the RAM chips used.
No, the update hasn't been launched yet, you'll know when it arrives. I believe board makers are still integrating it from AMD, developing their firmware around it—like a kernel—then testing and releasing it. We won't see it for a few weeks at most.
Your setup also uses Hynix chips, identical to mine, down to the exact part numbers. Some of my bios have managed 3200mhz, while others cap at 2933mhz. The upcoming AMD fix should hopefully resolve this issue.
Also, you should adjust your CPU speed every time you encounter the 5 post loop problem. You might not notice it in the BIOS, but it only becomes apparent when you open Windows.
