I attempted a few days ago to increase my RAM to 3800, but it didn’t work. Then I tried 3733 and 3600, but those also failed. I checked the maximum voltage readings using the DRAM calculator, but my PC refused to boot until I reset it back to the default 3200 settings. Did something go wrong? Most memory systems default to 2667. What you see on your box is an overclock they've validated and added as an XMP profile. Without this profile, the RAM operates at 2667, which matches the intended speed for DDR4. The XMP profile instructs the motherboard to boost performance by applying these settings.

The Trfc timing will be tight if you stick with the 16-16-16-16 pattern; consider loosening it slightly to 16-16-16-16-36-56 at a 1T rate. If 1T feels unstable, try 2T. I set the frequency to 3600 and the timings won't post. The board and memory controller need some training. As I mentioned before, gradually raise the speed from 3200mhz upwards—like 3200, 3266, 3400, etc. You're also considering relaxing the tRFC timing now, even though I'm not sure what it's doing at 3200mhz. Just keep it loose for stability, then tighten it later for better performance. A good target might be around 700.
