After following those steps, everything worked properly. Then I replaced it with a Ryzen 7, but the boot process continued to show the red light. I turned off the computer and went through all the procedures again. After rebooting, the red light remained on.

The clock frequency was 4200 ghz and the voltage was between 1.3 and 1.5 volts.

The specs shouldn't require 1.5 at 4.2GHz, and the voltage readings I see on any Ryzen chip are too high. The max voltage shouldn't approach 1.4v.

Could you clarify if this might be contributing to the issues?

It seems there was an issue with the system's over-voltage protection. This is the only problem I've encountered so far.

Uncertain about it. I'm checking if the BIOS went back to an earlier configuration after a failed update, which is actually a previous version. With the 2600 enabled, refresh the BIOS and attempt the 3700x once more.
