When I first installed my new 2 sticks of RAM, my PC would start blacking out after a few minutes of logging in. I spent a lot of time trying to fix it and discovered the issue was related to my CPU only supporting 2 memory channels at 2933MHz. After resetting the CMOS, I adjusted the RAM speed in BIOS to match that frequency and it resolved the problem. Now, the frustrating part is I can't overclock the CPU anymore, and the same black screen appears. I used to push it to 4.0GHz but now it seems impossible. Any advice or tips would be helpful, I really want to keep my CPU running smoothly.

Multiple memory chips can support the 3200 c16+ standard, meaning even with identical memory modules from the same brand and model, variations in chips can exist. Some chips may not work well with others. Possible improvements include raising the supply voltage to 1.2V and adjusting the operating voltage range between 40 and 68.6 volts. For more details, refer to the AMD documentation at https://github.com/integralfx/MemTestHel...guide/DDR4 OC Guide.md

The 650W seems sufficient for the task.

Thank you will look into that tomorrow. I did find out about chips being different although they are the exact same model but I didn't know what to do about it

The version by Corsair isn't top-notch, resulting in poor quality.

My PSU isn't causing issues yet, but upgrading everything might require an upgrade too. Thanks.

It seems you're considering upgrading to a higher wattage PSU for your 3000 series card. A model like CX750 fits the RM650 range and offers more power with superior build quality compared to older options.

Your CPU isn't included in the motherboard's support list, which means there could be various problems.
