Hello, my siege keeps freezing! It only occurs when I’m playing with friends. I own a GTX 1060 and have no issues running the game. Rainbow Six Siege is the only one that causes this problem. All my drivers are current. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it more than eight times. It’s really frustrating, especially in co-op mode. Anyone have any solutions? This has been going on for months now—it’s almost impossible to play. Thanks, Dylan
Hi Things, here are the things I’d look into: Check if Anti Virus excludes Siege from On Access Scanning. Close the Uplay window at game start (CPU Eater). Make sure your PC isn’t overheating. Try running the game in Borderless mode. Verify Nvidia GeForce Experience isn’t altering graphics settings to the recommended ones with every update. Another helpful step is opening Resource Monitor (see example below) and keeping it active while playing. When it crashes or lags, note the time and compare it to monitor logs—this can reveal spikes causing the issue. Thanks Josh.
