Sure, you can try 1080p playback on your AMD Athlon 3000g with an iGPU. The GTX650 might help a bit, but it depends on your setup. Your SSD speed is moderate, so upgrading to faster drives could make a noticeable difference. With only 4GB RAM and some stuttering, consider using an upgrade plan like Infinity Tool V3 or Motion Factory to improve performance temporarily.

The GTX 650 performs better. A quicker SSD has minimal impact. Additional RAM is likely to assist.

A quicker SSD won't significantly boost performance. It's better to focus on increasing RAM, adding another 4GB of high-speed memory would help a lot given the system's memory demands. You might also consider upgrading the CPU to a model like the 3100 if you're replacing your 3000G.

I noticed the CPU usage was near 70% while the SSD remained at full capacity all the time.

It has fewer options and only 1GB of VRAM versus the 3000G's 2GB.

You're using the Ti version, which suggests limited memory—around 2GB. It seems CUDA could still impact performance.
