Checking performance on this setup is possible. With 8GB RAM, 4.8GHz CPU, and a solid 1600MHz RAM, you should be able to run demanding games smoothly. The 1280x1024 resolution won’t be an issue if the game is well-optimized. Just ensure your graphics settings are tuned for maximum performance and avoid overclocking unless necessary. This setup can handle high frame rates, though it may feel similar to older titles like GTA IV if not properly optimized.

It seems like you're expecting around 60 frames per second, especially in 1080p resolution.

It's unclear if the game remains active, and there are no recorded players on PC. We can't determine its optimization level since no one has tested it yet. Rockstar claims it performs well on PC.

The game remains a subpar experience, so will it be the same this time?

I believe it will work at that level. Just remember not to expect too much.

On Nvidia systems it works well, but AMD could present challenges.

It seems the game likely performs better on certain systems, maybe Titan X or multiple Titan Xs. For now, I just want to wish it runs smoothly on my old 660Ti.
