System runs on an Asus x570 P with a 3600 processor, 32 GB of Timetec 3200 RAM, MSI GTX 1080 graphics card, and Corsair CX750. I'm using my third processor, second motherboard, and a lot of SSDs. After reinstalling Windows, the system works well after power cycles. Once a few sleep cycles pass, I experience brief lockups lasting about a second—roughly once per minute. Mostly everything functions normally except the cursor freezing and then resuming. I've adjusted RAM and CPU speeds multiple times without improvement. When the system starts, it powers off briefly then restarts, and it runs smoothly afterward. BIOS is now set to default, with no changes since the CPU or motherboard upgrade. RAM tests passed consistently.
