I couldn't locate my earlier discussion because it was quite some time ago; sorry for the delay. I'm encountering an error code on the z77 extreme4 (10-15-10). It powers up, displays 10, then 15, pauses at 10 before shutting down and restarting in a cycle until I turn it off completely. After reseating RAM one by one and confirming their placement, everything seems correct. The CPU appears properly seated. No output is coming from the monitor yet—I haven't installed the GPU yet, just testing internally. Am I misunderstanding if this points to a CPU issue? I'll share the build specifications in my next reply.

Asrock says your system is using only the CPU and RAM, so it’s best to remove them entirely and reinstall everything.

I've already tried that. I reinstalled the CPU to confirm it was properly seated, reinserted the RAM, checked each one separately, and reset the CMOS. The problem persists.

You must have a faulty CPU (missing memory channels) or an incorrect motherboard.
