You've just assembled your first rig from the ground up, using a MOTO board. Your SATA SSD shows up in detection but isn't available in the Boot Priority menu, which is stopping you from installing Windows. Someone can assist you with this issue.

It's not a problem with the Mobo itself. You need to remove the USB key or CD using the Windows 10 installer. Since the drive is empty, you won't be able to start an operating system that isn't installed.
