The ASUS Z370-e is no longer displaying its GPU and internal RGB lights. I've checked the CMOS battery and updated the aura software, but it still doesn't work. Could someone assist?

That's what I assumed, but why do the LED lights on my GPU stop working as well?

Check if they share the same connector. It's possible a bigger issue in the lighting system has occurred.

The board features an RGB header at the end, used for LED indicators similar to the GPU module, while the main motherboard RGB uses a separate connector.

they might be managed by the identical IC, which is concerning. Verify that the RGB control software remains functional and hasn't been switched to all-black or disabled.
