GPU temperatures look normal, but CPU temps are a bit elevated. The stock AMD Wraith Prism cooler seems sufficient. It appears I haven’t used many background applications—just Discord and Epic Games. Benchmarks indicate everything is within range, though in-game performance is slipping more than expected. I’ve also tried my older 1050 low-profile GPU with just one fan; it handled CS:GO at high settings on Dust 2 with about 140 FPS average, which made me suspect a fault with the new GPU.

I also have three inlet front fans and one outlet rear fan. I'm thinking about adding another inlet fan above my CPU cooler. Just got it a few hours ago.

I understand, I get it. Essentially, it seems like the setup isn't completely functioning as expected, but it doesn’t appear to be completely broken right away. We’d just need to follow the usual steps—check RAM configuration, XMP settings, any unusual background activity, monitor performance with tools like hwinfo64 or Cinebench—and see what happens. Discord might cause some issues, and having monitoring software or NZXT CAM could help spot problems early. It’s possible the CPU cooler is a concern; testing it further would be wise. You could run Cinebench R23 for about ten minutes, focusing on multi-core performance, and record the results. Also, check your motherboard and whether you’ve updated the BIOS. Honestly, it shouldn’t be too complicated to troubleshoot this, but sometimes small tweaks make a big difference. I’ve seen similar setups struggle with BIOS updates, new RAM, or cooler changes—especially if settings aren’t optimized. For reference, my own rig (with a 5800X3D and RTX 3070) had a lot of initial setup work, but once stable it handled games and editing smoothly. If you adjust a few settings and everything looks good, that usually fixes things. Also, confirm your GPU drivers are fresh—sometimes an update can really improve stability.

I've used ddu, got the newest chipset drivers although after reinstalling windows 11 they went back to the old ones so I can check on that again... No bios updates done, motherboard is B450M Steel Legend, XPM is on, no overclock neither on the gpu,cpu or ram. No monitoring softwares as well and newest graphic drivers are installed. Also I've had this weird problem with the old driver ver: 526.47 where my task manager showed my GPU going up to 100% while alt tabbing or moving windows ( anything connected with windows visual effects )

Absolutely, it seems odd the system reverted to the previous chipset driver. Were you experiencing similar problems on Windows 10 already?

I've been playing Win 11 since its beta phase, so I haven't attempted returning to Win 10.
