Hi there, I faced the same "black screen" problem recently. My ASUS TUF 3090 GPU was affected too—when I tried to boost performance, both monitors went dark. I could still hear the app sounds, but I had to restart the PC to fix the display. At first, I thought it was about the GPU overheating, but that turned out to be a mistake. I checked several forums without finding a fix that worked for me. I won’t write a novel, just the key point: I replaced the GPU power cable. One of the 8-pin connectors was slightly melted. Before, I thought the voltage readings (11.6–11.7V vs 12.1V) wouldn’t matter, but they did. The issue was that the two 8-pin connectors were split from a single cable. I swapped them out with separate cables, and everything functioned normally now. Hope this helps someone else!
