On my Asus board, in the bios, there is an option for USB Audio Controller (Enable or Disable). With ALL other motherboards i have owned in the past, USB audio has always existed. Its just pure data going through the usb ..and then Mabey to a external DAC or other device (which I do) Questions 1. What makes this "USB Audio Controller" different than the "old way" of just simply passing usb audio data through the usb port. Is there special noise cancelling on the ports ? 2. If I enable it, is there a certain usb port I should use..or it enable usb audio on every port ? Thank you
