You're looking at an Asus ROG Z590-e and considering a Noctua NH-D15 cooler. Many users have shared their experiences with blocking RAM slots—some suggest using a dual-stick setup for better airflow, while others recommend AIO options that outperform the Noctua in performance.

Similar to most tower coolers, you can simply raise the fan to free up space for the RAM.

D15 includes two fans; shifting one upward maintains sufficient airflow from the other. The heatsink using heatpipes will simply redirect heat upward, maintaining comparable performance.
