In brief, my motherboard becomes unresponsive when I power it back on after a reboot. I suspect faulty RAM, but testing shows normal operation once PSU is off and on again. Configuration details are as follows: BIOS version 1405, Ryzen 7 3700X, cooler from Cooler Master, Asus Rog 2080Super GPU, 2x Adata 8GB RAM, RGB SSD, M.2 NVMe. I'm confirming this after the PC was running perfectly post-PSU cycle.

Yes, the RAM is installed in slots 2 and 4. BIOS has docp enabled.

Ram placed correctly. It's now operating in single-channel mode for testing. The other stick works fine—memtest86 didn't flag any issues before. DOCP is active, but it hasn't caused problems previously.

It's unusual. Swapping both sticks and putting them back in place succeeded. I'm not sure what the method was.
