CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM (15.92 GB RAM usable)
Motherboard: GL12CX
I’m just starting with overclocking and found no way to boost my CPU. I tried to use a 240Hz monitor but only see 144Hz in games, so I thought overclocking would help. Any advice would be great.

The available choices don't include any settings in my bios, and I recall needing to install Intel's extreme tuning tool. Since I don't have water cooling, what's a suitable CPU overclock?
