Hey there, let's tackle this step by step. Your build setup looks solid—Intel i3 14100F, DDR5 memory, RX 7800 XT, SSD, and good power supply. The main problem seems to be with the Q-LEDs on the motherboard lighting up in sequence. You mentioned restarting after a short time, which points to a BIOS issue. After updating to version 3601, the lights started showing a pattern: CPU Q-LEDs flash briefly, then DRAM (yellow/orange) for a bit, followed by Q-LEDs turning off. All fans and decorative LEDs stayed active without any POST. You tried re-seating RAM and using a different one, but nothing worked. The support form said you should contact the local distributor, but they’re having trouble with Japanese language support. You could try these next steps:

- Check if your BIOS version is up to date; sometimes a simple flash resolves timing issues.
- Disconnect the power supply and test with a known-good PSU.
- Try a different RAM module to rule out faulty memory.
- Use a logic analyzer or oscilloscope to monitor the Q-LEDs and DRAM signals during startup.
- Ensure all cables are securely connected, especially the HDMI and power lines.
- If possible, swap the motherboard with another ASUS unit to see if the issue persists.

Let me know what you find next!

Try launching with just the power supply, processor, motherboard, and RAM. Observe the system's response. Next, include the GPU. Can you access the BIOS? This won't function since you have a series F CPU without an integrated GPU. Good luck!

That's correct... No graphics included. The BIOs aren't accessible. You'll see an empty display.
