I paid additional charges for the retailer to handle it (I wasn’t aware mobo includes the USB BIOS feature). I’ll give it a try now. Also, when you mentioned “new thread,” do you mean a chat conversation rather than a new post?

You're experiencing the same issue with model b550-f on your Ryzen 9 5900X setup. The cooler master 1000w silent pro gold psu (RS-800-80GA-D3) and Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600mhz DDR4 2x16GB RAM are in place, but you're waiting to test the onboard graphics before adding a video card.

I noticed my issue clearly. I was attempting to run tests using only onboard video since the IO plate supports DisplayPort and HDMI, I wrongly thought there was an integrated video chipset. In reality, it depends on the CPU having built-in video support—only the Ryzen PRO series have that. Once I added the RTX3080, it functioned properly. Before updating the BIOS, it didn’t work either; it seemed I needed to update the BIOS and then reinstall the GPU.

In reality, it depends on the CPU having built-in video support—only the Ryzen PRO series have that. Once I added the RTX3080, it functioned properly. Solved! Hey everyone! After three days of trying everything, I finally figured out the issue with my Asus Strix B550E-GAMING and Ryzen 5600X. It seems the problem often happens with new AMD chips because of BIOS version mismatches. You should definitely update the BIOS first—just wait, you’ll need a functional processor to do that. The Flash Update Utility won’t work here. Instead, get a Ryzen 2000 or 3000 series (like my Ryzen 5 2600) and update the BIOS. No boot device needed; just use the USB drive with the BIOS file. If your processor lacks integrated graphics (which it does in my case), you’ll also need a dedicated graphics card. After updating, the system will restart a few times showing “Updating BIOS version,” then it will take you to the setup page. Once done, you can switch back to a 4000 or 5000 series Ryzen and enjoy! Remember, cleaning all processor pins is crucial—some thermal paste got stuck and caused trouble. Thanks for your help!
