The ASUS Rog Strix B550-E Gaming is ready to power on. The RGB lights activate upon turning the power on. However, pressing the start button causes the RGB to flicker twice before nothing else occurs. Neither the Q-Code LED nor the Q-LEDs illuminate, preventing any information from the PC. I attempted a BIOS update via BIOS flashback despite the label stating "AMD Ryzen 5000 Desktop Ready," but the update indicator kept flashing. I verified the RAM by testing each DIMM slot individually. I inspected several times to ensure all cables are securely connected. Also checked if the CPU was installed correctly and oriented properly. The components I used include: CPU – AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, Coolers – Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO V2, Motherboard – Asus ROG Strix B550-E Gaming, RAM – Adata XPG Gammix D20 Black DDR4 3200MHz 2x8GB (AX4U32008G16A-DCBK20), Storage – PNY CS2130 M.2 NVMe 500GB, Power supply – Fourze 650W, Cabinet – Antec DP502 Flux.
