It looks like you're considering alternatives since you didn’t receive the board at a good price. You might want to look into the B450 A-PRO or Gaming Plus Max. If you missed out on a big discount, those could be solid options.

It's very probable. I haven't seen a board that wasn't Ryzen 3000 compatible until about a month after its release. Once you receive the motherboard, look at the front image: if it matches, you're all set. Note that the 'Gen2' in the title means USB type, not the B450 type—interpret it as "AM4 - DDR4 - Displayport - HDMI - M.2 - USB 3.1 Gen 2" (now updated to USB 3.2 Gen 2 with 10Gb/s) - B450.
