I got it up and it was functioning, but I transferred everything to a new case. Should I reset the BIOS or should I check the manual?

The manual didn’t mention the LEDs, but forum users agree it’s likely a VGA problem. I’d check that all GPU power cables are securely connected and test another PCIe slot. If that doesn’t help, there could be a CMOS jumper—removing the CMOS battery for a few minutes before reinserting might resolve it.
