I lowered the voltage on my CPU and attempted to increase the clock speed because I had previously unclocked it for cooler operation. However, when trying to boot from BIOS, the indicator began flashing and I had to perform a forced shutdown by holding the power button. It seems there might be an issue with the RAM, but I’m not sure how it connects to adjusting or overclocking the CPU. Please clarify.

Thank you for your response. The issue resolved on its own; I’m not sure why, but it just began functioning again.
