I’m checking other possible causes for the issue. It seems the motherboard might be the problem, or maybe the GPU or video cable could be faulty. I’ve changed the video card and updated the BIOS, but nothing resolved it. Anyone else have suggestions?

I updated the PSU and swapped out the GPUs. I took everything off the motherboard. Then I switched to a different monitor, which finally resolved the problem. Who would think a monitor could block booting? It had been connected via DVI both times. Still puzzled about why it worked then but not now.

I'm always ready to help. I checked various cables and two monitors before you saw this... the two monitors worked perfectly with 4K displays. I connected an older full HD monitor and it started up smoothly. Thanks!
