So guys i have 2X CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 as ram 3200mhz so total of 4 sticks When i enable DOCP in bios my system does not post when i remove the ram and insert one it boots Why is this? can i overclock manually? and how ? what numbers? at stock it runs 2133mhz so its not using max performance Is there a difference if i use 2X8GB CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 or 4x8GB CMW32GX4M4C3200C16

It seems your CPU might not be performing as expected at 3200MHz across four drives. Consider adjusting the SOC voltage to roughly 1.1 to 1.125V, following the advice from @TofuHaroto.
