I own a prebuilt ASUS Prime B560M-A from Newegg. The PC won’t start normally but boots into Windows after restarting in safe mode and navigating the boot options. The manual suggests the issue is with the RAM, and both BIOS and Windows recognize the sticks. I’m using 16 GB in dual-channel. Could something be wrong with the RAM installation or connection? Other possibilities include a faulty power supply or hardware fault. The specs show an i7-1700F, 16 GB OLOY, NVMe SSD, etc.

If you haven’t done it yet, flip the RAM slots. Verify they fit properly and that the slots are correctly arranged. In other words, with four slots, ensure there’s a gap between each stick.

They occupy positions 2 and 4. Both slots are acknowledged by the BIOS and Windows as belonging to those locations.
