I purchased an Asus B560 board (TUF Gaming B560M) but haven’t located the multi-core enhancement feature. Does this capability apply only to Z boards? I’ve included the 11400f chip on the board. If it’s not present, what alternative methods exist to overclock this CPU on this model?

You require a unlocked K series CPU to boost multi-core performance. The 11400F cannot be overclocked. You might raise turbo limits, but that’s roughly all you can do.
