ASUS motherboard VGA indicator is solid. Boot light flashes once.
I assembled a new workstation with these components: motherboard, ASUS B550 Prime, Ryzen 5 4500, TeamGroup 2x16GB DDR4 RAM, RX570 GPU, AsRock Phantom memory, 1TB Crucial M.2 drive, and a 600w Gold power supply. After reseating the RAM or GPU, I can access Windows. On the board, the motherboard LEDs show the VGA light solidly and the boot light blinks once. Despite updating drivers from AMD and ASUS sites, the issue persists. One GPU output works only when powered on, and the screen occasionally freezes and restarts. Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly helpful.
It appears your graphics card is experiencing a VRAM issue that can't be fixed at home.
You would check by following the steps carefully and confirming each part works as intended.
Use MSI Afterburner, reduce the VRAM clock speed slightly, and save the changes. If the issues disappear, the problem is likely with the VRAM.
