I changed the motherboard drivers on my ASUS ROG motherboard using Armoury Crate, hoping it would fix a download problem. But it actually caused another issue. Before updating, I had enabled the RGB to turn off automatically when I shut down the PC in BIOS. Now, every time I power off, those BIOS settings are reset or something, keeping the RGB active. Sometimes I have to restart BIOS and confirm changes, but then they disappear again. Even though the RGB doesn’t light up when the PC is on, it activates right after I turn it off. The setting I’m referring to is under Advanced > APM configuration > ErP ready set to S5. I use S5 because I still need power through USB ports when the PC is off.
