I've started working on a solution for a friend's WiFi needs. He's considering the Asus Lyra systems, but now he's weighing the options between a Lyra Trio (pyramid) with three 3xMIMO units reaching up to 1750 Mbps or a Lyra 2xMIMO 2-piece system offering 2200Mbps. Since coverage is the priority, I'm evaluating both choices based on their ability to expand reach rather than just speed. I plan to test them at home before suggesting a purchase. The Lyra Trio generally matches similar prices locally, possibly due to its newer design.

It's hard to predict without testing, since WiFi signals depend on many factors. Could you tell me more about the building? What materials are used for the floors and walls?
