I’ve been using my ASUS rig with the G16 for less than a month, but overnight it started getting much hotter—by 10°C or more. I’ve attached a chart showing the temperatures before and after. The software I run is identical, yet the readings are off by about a week. The fans are making more noise, and the heat is up. After checking, everything looked clean inside, and the laptop was lifted with these tools. This is my second time buying this model; the first one overheated a month later too. I’m considering sending it in for repair to have it reworked. The unit is currently undervolted by -80mV via the BIOS file IMG_0607.heic.
