Took just a month to fix the issue and clarify everything. I even messaged them to inform them, and the person said, "I can't compare file sizes and container contents—only tech experts should read scripts." After dealing with an RMA nightmare and discovering ASUS often scams customers during RMAs, I don’t have much positive feedback about their support or management. They might make good products, but hopefully they never need an RMA.
Some scammers target investors through RMA requests, while "correct chipset drivers" refer to software needed for hardware compatibility.
