I've surpassed my budget already. Asus has one extra m.2 unit (not required) but it adds 30 USD, which is significant in my currency. I could also purchase the same Asus motherboard in openbox condition from Facebook for 10 USD less. I checked their manual but didn't spot any other differences.

They’re very alike, so I’ll go with the cheaper option. While the MSI model is better, ASUS is more user-friendly than MSI, making each suitable but the ASUS a better pick if budget matters.

In the H610M-E model, ASUS offers a more intuitive experience, though both versions perform similarly. If you pick either one, you'll be just fine. Trust me!
