Hi!
This GPU is only reaching 696MHz despite having a Boost Clock set to 1k with GPU Tweak II. I've tried 1860 and even 1926, which are the highest settings, but it still caps at 696MHz. The memory clock isn't increasing and ends up at 8488, which seems odd. Can you help me? I thought many guides suggest raising the clock speed, but memory clock can't go beyond 8488. That's the issue. Thanks in advance.

Consider using MSI Afterburner as an alternative to GPU Tweak. Just to confirm if the issue lies elsewhere.

TechyInAZ :
Try using MSI Afterburner instead of GPU Tweak. Just to make sure it isn't the program that is the problem.
Hey, thanks for the tip. Turns out GPU Tweak was not properly working.
Here is what MSI Afterburner shows with only changing Power Limit, Temp. Limit and Fan speed (manually) while mining on Ethereum -
http://prntscr.com/f7trat
What can be optimal clock for this gpu to overclock it.
It has stock boost clock of 1860 and currently working on 1999mhz.
Tried to go over that red line with those 2 arrows (base and boost clock) and gpu crashed 2 times. I think its the limit.

Attempted to use the standard approach of adding 25mhz increments first.

Consider trying the standard approach of adding 25mhz+ steps first.
