I'm setting up my first PC with an ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero Wi-Fi, Ryzen 7 5800X, Hyper X 16GB RAM, EVGA 3070TI, and an EVGA 850 PSU. I'm performing a test boot outside the case, having power for both M/B and GPU. The GPU code shows 0D, so I've updated the BIOS but the LEDs still don<|pad|>.
