Hi
I have a Ryzen system with Crosshair Vi Hero, R7 1700, 32GB g.skill flareX. After trying to underclock it to 1800MHz and adjusting the voltage to 1.45V, it still won’t recognize the full 32GB RAM. I’ve used the safe-boot option and reset/retry without success. The only output is a Q-code 90. I’ve removed the CMOS battery and taken out two RAM sticks but nothing changed. Any suggestions on why I’m not posting?

The Q-Code 90 indicates the Boot Device Selection stage is underway. Have you linked any storage devices to the motherboard? Are they operating correctly?

Yes, I have a m.2 960 EVO connected. I resolved the Q-code issue, but the system is still utilizing only 16 of the 32GB available RAM. I am currently using the DOC profile for the 3200MHz CL14-14-14-34 @ 1.35 volts. This should be compatible with Ryzen processors right out of the box...

I resolved the Q-code issue by restarting the system and enabling a second BIOS. I also performed a flash operation.
