Installed a white rog strix lc 240 cooler but the fan LEDs aren’t lighting up correctly. They’re linked to the header connector connected to the RGB header. Only one green LED appears on both fans. I’ve tested RGB headers on my board (Prime X570 Pro) and a single 3-pin slot with one fan, same issue. The RGB header gives no light at all. After removing and reinstalling all aura software with ccleaner, it didn’t help. Anyone know how to fix this?

I reinitialized the CMOS to check for improvements, but it didn't make a difference.

The cooler supports Addressable RGB (ARGB) lighting. Connecting it to a standard RGB header won’t work. Both fans and the water block need their ARGB cables attached to the 1x4 ARGB splitter that comes with the cooler; this splitter connects to the ARGB header on the Mobo. It appears as a three-pin connector with an opening in the middle (two pins followed by a space then one pin). On your board, it’s located in the lower right corner, labeled "ADD_GEN 2", adjacent to your main header. The space makes it selectable, so it may not light up until you install/run the Aura Sync software to issue commands.

Thanks for the update. I tried the suggested fixes but nothing changed. It seems the device lights up fully when connected to the RGB Header 2, then resets to a single green LED after a restart. No clear solution yet—any ideas?

Yo 1spy, I'm facing the same issue—fans aren't reacting well to the green lights. Got any solutions?
