Hello! I’m dealing with an unusual problem with my B650E-F build. It’s been a month since I assembled it and has been experiencing random restarts. There’s no blue screen or error messages in the Event Log on Windows. I thought it might be a RAM issue, so I’ve been adjusting timings gradually to see if that resolves the problem. During those restarts, I noticed the orange DRAM light would stay on, and sometimes I could recover by flipping the power supply switch and restarting again. Recently, after a power cycle, it still stayed on the orange light and won’t POST. The system was updated to the latest BIOS version. My steps so far include resetting CMOS, re-seating RAM, flashing BIOS back to previous version, and reseating CPU and cooler (confirmed no bent pins). I’m unsure what to do next. Since I bought it on Amazon, I could exchange parts if needed, but I’d like to fix only the defective components if possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Created an account specifically for this situation. The same problem appears on a B650E-I, though it began after installing a second NVMe drive. Temporarily resolving it by cutting power works, but the yellow DRAM indicator stays lit. Updated: Still unsure what’s causing it. It happens only when the sides and top are installed. Removing them fixes everything. Possibly a connection issue exists somewhere. I’ll need to remove all panels, reset the PSU, and flush power before it functions again. I’d guess a contact error is likely.

I'm still trying to locate a solution. Every time I want to turn on my PC, I have to restart my PSU, or it freezes at the DRAM area. I'm using OpenRGB for my case fans, and it seems they switch to rainbow mode when I do this. Otherwise, they remain in their preset settings.
