Not exactly what I expected. It might relate to a short on the USB header in your case. If you try it with another unit—something I understand is tough—you could pinpoint whether it's the board or the case. Regardless, I’m really sorry to hear this, as people tend to be very doubtful about buying motherboards with even one faulty header, which can hurt your sale value. However, this board isn’t that old. Can you still file a warranty claim?

I tested it in another scenario (Meshlicious and Asus Helios) and encountered the same problem. With only nine months on the board, I think filing a claim might be necessary.
