I've already attempted this and performed another reset on the pins. Still nothing working.

Your photos reveal fans spinning and a power supply unit connected to the motherboard. It seems one of three possibilities: 1) The CPU might be defective, as indicated by the 00 code—this could mean it wasn’t cooled properly during testing, or it’s likely the root cause. 2) The problem lies with the motherboard, possibly failing to deliver power to the CPU. 3) Looking at the images, the 4+4 connector on the top left appears improperly connected; you may want to swap the 4 pins to the left side instead of the right one currently used.

Thanks for your response. The cooler was only removed after diagnosing the issues. It seems the CPU isn’t receiving any power at all. All power connections on the motherboard appear intact, but it doesn’t activate. The USB ports aren’t getting power either. The main power connectors are 8-pin and 4-pin. My modular power supply only has two 4-pin cables for the CPU, so I’m using one while leaving the other disconnected. I’ve connected both now.

Hi there, thanks for the update. This photo isn't great, but you can see the other two RAM sticks on the right that were placed correctly. The yellow LED isn't working, though it appears in the image. Thanks!

Thanks for the update. I wasn’t sure which pin I’d connect, but I’m willing to give it a shot today. Here’s the good news—I’ve got a fresh power supply ready to test before I need to send back the board. Cheers!
