Hey everyone, I'm currently running an Asus B550 gaming Pro board, a 1000w power supply, a Ryzen 5600X and RTX 3080 Aorus master with Xtreme PCB and a 3-pin power refresh video card, plus 4x8GB of Corsair DDR4 RAM at 16 3200mhz. First, would switching to a Ryzen 5900X give me better gaming performance at 1440p compared to my current 5600X? Second, does this motherboard support a 5900X in terms of power delivery? It only has a single 8-pin CPU power connector, not a dual 8-pin setup. My PSU has two 8-pin cables for CPU power, but some people claim it still works with a 5900X. I've seen videos suggesting compatibility, but I'm not sure if it really makes a difference. If I don't notice any FPS improvements, thanks for your thoughts.
