Hello, I’m considering choosing a B550 motherboard for my project. I’ve noticed some discussions about the Ethernet port not working on these boards, but I want to make sure this is still an issue or if it’s been fixed. I’d prefer not to buy something that might prevent me from connecting to the internet and I’m not comfortable fixing technical problems myself.

When placing your order through Amazon or an authorized retailer, a refund should be possible if the product doesn’t meet expectations. My top suggestion is using Amazon, as it’s reliable. Since I don’t own that specific motherboard, I assume such a major problem would be resolved quickly by Asus.

His message is confusing, but the title clearly refers to the Asus Strix B550-F and B550-A boards (same chipset in different colors). There were many reports of network problems with these models.
