Hello, would the Asus Prime B460-Plus suit your i5-10400F? Your budget is limited and it’s the only option that fits. I haven’t seen any reviews, so I thought posting here would help. I’m avoiding Ryzen since it’s pricier and your RAM is 2666 MHz.

i used the 10400 with an msi b460m mortar, and it functioned okay. however, the main issue is the overall performance is quite low. this isn't because of the mb or cpu alone—it's just that both are weak. consider swapping to a ryzen 5 3600 and getting a b board. if you push the cpu and ram to overclock, ram could reach up to 3200 mhz (with a r5 3600 and b board).
